28th July

Hi Ladies
Well I have made a couple of cards in the last two days...As well as take the three dogs to the vets for annual vaccine and a tracer for Scarlett!
First up was a request from my Bros..a thank you card for someone who was a good friend of my sister in law and who goes to put flowers on her grave every couple of weeks...

I made up a lovely verse too, but that's a personal bit!
Next card was made for the Facebook Sugar Nellie Group, weekly challenge. Had to have coloured I went lilac! The stamp is Simply Sassy "City Girl".

And finally, I designed a couple of backing papers to go with this new stamp from simply sassy "Apple of my eye"

Well, it's craft club day to teach a new plate card! See you all soon. X

Simply Sassy GDT Call

Well, I said I didn't have enough courage to entre the latest Guest Design Team Call for Simply Sassy....

but I have a feeling that I shouldn't give up. So here goes!
Three cards using Simply Sassy Stamps...and my reasons for choosing them...
Firstly, this was the card I made for the last GDT Call. I love the fact that I had used a masking technique and different embellishments. Stamps are Lost in Thought and Skater Girl.
Next up is Amelia. I designed my own backing paper for this one. I love the quote from Amelia Earhart too. Colour scheme was a favourite for this stamp.
Finally, this is Retail Therapy at it's best!! Complete with a set of drawers for those presents!

Well, that's my three choices.

More boxes and cards

Hello again!
Twice in one day, just to make up for lost time!! made this set of drawers, with matching tag and card....tutorial for drawers can be found HERE
at Splitcoast stampers.

And another card while my creative juices were flowing!!
Now T really MUST tackle the housework!!

Staggered Box Tutorial

It's been a while! But, in my defence I have been busy creating!!
So here's what I've made....

And here's how!

I hope this makes sense!!
